Class One: Getting Started In Black & White
This class is a great introduction to black and white photography covering everything from camera settings to the work of inspiring masters of this medium and everything inbetween. You will learn how to read and use histograms as well as choosing the correct file type. You will be fine-tuning your understanding of exposure and getting yourself acquainted with the magic of black & white.

Class Two: Seeing In Black & White
There is a huge difference between monochrome images and color images – more than just the obvious. The whole approach to composition and lighting is different and in this class you will learn how compose and light amazing photographs yourself.

Class Three: Processing The Black & White Image
In this class you will learn how to use Lightroom, Photoshop CS and Photoshop Elements to convert your color images to black and white. You will also learn the technique of toning and how this can be used to add impact to your images.

Class Four: Putting It All Together
